Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If a program isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase — no detailed explanation required.

1. How the guarantee works

You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To do so, email infoandreagst@gmail.com with your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of approval.

2. After the 7-day window

Requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed, since digital content has generally already been fully delivered and accessed.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription-based programs, the 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for time already used within a period.

4. How to cancel a subscription

Email infoandreagst@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout, and we will confirm the cancellation and the date your access ends.

5. Non-refundable situations

We may decline a refund in cases of suspected abuse of the guarantee, such as repeated purchase-and-refund of the same program.
